Cancellation Notice
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A $50 cancellation fee may be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged.
Failure to be available at the scheduled appointment location may be considered a no-show.
Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Ocean Breeze Hydration & Wellness, LLC for circumstances such as illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other situations outside the client's control.
Because Ocean Breeze Hydration & Wellness provides mobile services throughout Southwest Florida, appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or circumstances affecting the safety of our healthcare professional or clients.
Client and provider safety will always come first.
We understand that plans can change. Because our services are provided as a mobile concierge service and appointments require dedicated travel and preparation, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
We are happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a fee.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a deposit or prepayment before a future appointment is confirmed.
